2. Definitions
Service means DiroChat mobile and web applications, account services and related support channels.
User means a natural person using the service. Account means a profile verified by phone OTP.
3. Account and access
Access requires a valid phone number and OTP verification.
Users are responsible for securing their devices and preventing unauthorized use of their account.
- Do not share OTP codes with third parties.
- Enable device lock and app lock where available.
- Report suspected account abuse without delay.
4. Service scope and technical constraints
DiroChat is designed around direct-only payload delivery between devices.
In some restrictive network environments, direct connection can fail despite correct account setup.
- Server-side services coordinate metadata and signaling.
- Message payload is not intended for persistent server-side storage.
- Network limitations may require changing network conditions.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse automation, malware distribution, harassment or fraud.
The provider may apply technical safeguards and temporary restrictions to protect the service and users.
6. User content and intellectual property
Users remain responsible for content they send and receive.
DiroChat name, logo, software and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Liability and disclaimers
The service is provided with continuous operational improvements but without warranty of uninterrupted availability in all environments.
Liability exclusions do not apply where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Complaints and support
Complaints can be submitted by email with account identifier, issue description and expected resolution.
The provider responds within a reasonable timeframe depending on issue severity.
9. Changes to terms
Terms can be updated due to legal, security or product scope changes.
Material changes are communicated through official channels before entering into force.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, with mandatory consumer protections prevailing where applicable.
